Roost: Reclaiming the Home
At the northern end of Andersonville sits Daniel Malone’s vintage shop, Roost. From the outside, the store looks like the kind of place you would see along a dusty rural route in the Midwest. And, actually, the store has the same vibe on the inside as well.
From the hanging lights made out of baskets to the collection old Bell jars, Roost reminds me of the little antique and vintage shops I would visit with my parents in the small Indiana towns where I grew up. The focus here is tabletop and accessories with a smattering of furniture thrown in as well. I particularly love the soy candles that have been poured into vintage mugs and jars!
