As a lover of everything made by the design duo behind HAY, I’m excited for all the upcoming items from their collaboration with IKEA, but this little sofa seems especially sweet. Compact, modern, cute AND a spot for friends to crash when they are in town? Perfect.

I had to make this one a tie and include the scan of the SANDBACKEN sofa. There isn’t much info in the catalog about it — it’s in the “Coming Soon” section and doesn’t even include a price. But, I really like the elegant lines of the narrow arms, slightly flared skirt and crisp-cornered pillows. Sign me up as interested to learn more about this mystery sofa!
