Rent Sandra Bullock’s West Hollywood Apartment for $22K per Month

Ever wonder what it’s like to have Sandra Bullock as your landlord? Well, if you’re looking for an apartment in West Hollywood—and your budget is around $22,000 per month—you can find out.

Variety reported last week that the Ocean’s 8 star’s unit in celeb-favorite building Sierra Towers is available for rent. Bullock bought the 22nd floor condo—previously owned by Matthew Perry—in 2014 for $3.35 million. She also owns another unit in the Beverly Hills-adjacent tower, according to Curbed.

The 1,672 square foot two bedroom, three bathroom condo comes fully furnished and has “major views from Downtown to the ocean”, according to the rental listing, which sadly doesn’t have any interior photos. The property is available starting in January 2018.

If you’d like to spend a little less, there’s a unit on the 10th floor for $19,500 per month—and your landlord would be Kelly Osbourne.

Sierra Towers has been a celeb hot spot since it opened in 1966. In fact, The Hollywood Reporter created a breakdown of the famous residents over the years, including Cher, Elton John, Joan Collins, Lindsay Lohan, and Sidney Poitier. The publication also rounds up some rumors about the property:
