No two home theater or home office setups are created equal. What works for one, probably won't work for another and that's the beauty of all of the different and magical ways you can design and setup your own spaces. Here's just one idea.

We were surprised when we saw a desk, computer chair and keyboard in front of the living room tv. It really got us thinking about how people think of home theater in many different ways. There's no right or wrong way, it's all about personal preference.

The couple designed their space to be 60% living and 40% working, which certainly makes sense when looking at their home. Even though it's not the norm — we like the combination home theater, home office space in the living room.

What makes the surprising addition even more interesting is the wallpaper choices. They stand out enough to catch our eye, but they're subdued enough to not distract from the television. We also love the desk chair, reupholstering it to bring it to a modern level was a great idea!

Would a combination desk space and home theater setup bother you?
