Although we’re fully embracing the cozy layers and warm colors of winter, we can’t help but think ahead to sunnier days and the decor that goes along with it. And believe it or not, even though we’re only about three weeks into winter, some of our favorite retailers are already rolling out their spring collections. Among them is Serena & Lily, the California-based brand that leans coastal and casual, which just launched hundreds of new arrivals yesterday.

The collection is full of natural elements (like rattan), cooler colors (they’re definitely embracing Pantone’s Color of the Year), and updates to their most iconic pieces. Serena & Lily is on the pricier side, but their range of decor, rugs, and bedding is worth the investment—and of course, keep an eye out for sales. We rounded up the pieces that are making us the most excited for our homes (and warmer weather) below.

Gingham Duvet Cover

You might associate gingham with traditional country style, but this duvet cover proves that gingham can feel fresh, modern, and right at home in a coastal, casual space. Available in six different color combinations, the duvet cover is made of cotton percale for a smooth, crisp feel. The pattern is also available as a sheet set—and don’t forget the matching shams!

Dot Basket

If you love Serena & Lily’s iconic woven baskets, you can now get the same silhouette in a handwoven seagrass construction complete with accent dots. Featuring a lidded top and side openings for easy carrying, this basket is the perfect stylish container for storing linens, towels, laundry, toys, and anything else you don’t want on display. It’s available in two sizes.

Cooke Rug

Looking to add a little bit of color in your space? This striped rug is a good solution, with a muted color palette that instantly freshens up whatever room it’s in. Suitable for high traffic areas, it can be used both indoors and out and is available in two colors and five sizes.

Riviera Counter Stool

You might recognize this classic Serena & Lily piece from Lifestyle Director Taryn Williford’s House Tour, but it’s now available in new colors—including black. Inspired by Parisian bistro chairs, this rattan stool is stylish, durable, and perfect for kitchen counters. It’s also available as a bar stool and side chair if you really love the look.

Positano Linen Robe

I’m a huge fan of the Positano linen sheets, so I’m very excited about this new addition to the Positano collection. Soft and lightweight with a relaxed vibe, this robe is a perfect layer to wear on lazy weekend mornings. Like the sheets, it’s available in a slew of fun and bright colors that makes it stand out from the classic white robes you typically see.

Larchmont Mirror

Love the rattan look but feel unwilling to commit to a large piece? Rattan decor makes the same statement without taking over your whole space, as shown by this gorgeous mirror. With an octagonal shape and eye-catching design details, it’s a great piece to add to your entryway or bedroom for a little drama.
