The best thing about having a sibling is that you can almost always guilt them into helping you. This seems to be true for celebrities too! Shakira is selling her $11.648 Miami Beach estate and the person handling the huge sale is her own brother, Antonio Mebarak. It is corny to say her brother is there for wherever, whenever?

The Miami Beach estate sits on 0.5 acre of land and is the perfect home for someone who wants a beach home with their own dock. The home has 100 feet of access to Miami Beach’s Biscayne Bay from the dock. The 6-bedroom, 7-bath home is an open concept home with light wood floors that accentuate the natural light in the home.

The other agent handling this sale, Douglas Elliman‘s Ana Lourdes Martinez, told Architectural Digest:

“This property offers a very interesting and convenient layout with two separate wings for total privacy, but at the same time it has large gathering spaces for friends and family reunions. In one of the most sought-after Miami Beach neighborhoods, overlooking some of the best waterfront views Miami has to offer.”

The house sits on North Bay Road Drive which has had many other famous celebrities homes as well, like Michael Bay, Matt Damon, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, and Alex Rodriguez.

Shakira infused her own style into the home, keeping the decor and furniture light, airy, and warm. She likes to mix white textures with silver finishes. According to her interior decorator, Renata Lessa Batos, Shakira does not like gold. Can you tell from looking at the home? For pops of color, Shakira has infused lilac, fuchsia, and lavender. She even has touches of her Lebanese and Middle Eastern heritage in the home, with bone inlaid pieces and handmade decorative mirrors.

The 8,708 square foot home also comes with a sparkling pool, a cabana, and even a heated patio! You can check out the listing on Douglas Elliman’s website.
