Not surprisingly, the first ever Cool Hunting for Gap Holiday Pop Up Store has an aesthetic that matches Cool Hunting's trendy yet approachable, online presence. In this shop you can find a delightfully curated selection of items, some of which have even graced our pages a time or two.

Nestled in Gap's project space on 5th Avenue, the shop opened on November 19 to the public. One of the best things about this pop up is the amount of great design that is packed into this small space. The attention to detail from the Cool Hunting staff is evident in both the interior of the shop and of course in the items that are sold there. The feel of the site is completely replicated in the shop, as CH says, "We hand-picked each item using the same principles—innovative design, artisan craftsmanship, social and environmental consciousness—that guide our editorial."

In this shop you'll find a variety of items from hi tech to low tech, clever books and a bike. The shop also host exclusive items by Jonathan Adler and of course the famous CH collaborations are also there, including one of our favorites, the JAMBOX.

If you happen to be in New York before January 2nd (the store is open 7 days a week till then, closed Christmas Day), stop by the Cool Hunting for Gap shop. Even if you don't locate the gift you're looking for, you'll take a nice break from the bustle of 5th avenue and get inspired by the ever creative team at Cool Hunting.
