Store History

  • Founded: 2010
  • Founded by: Jeff Holt and Kathleen Navarra
  • Headquarters: San Francisco, California

Located in San Francisco's Russian Hill neighborhood, this is one of those shops that mixes vintage accessories, one-of-a-kind pieces, and new furniture in a homey way that makes you wish your apartment was as cool as the store.

The small but well curated shop is housed inside a 1925 Julia Morgan building. Everything is chosen by store owners Jeff Holt and Kathleen Navarra, who have an eye for items that feel glamorous but comfortable.

A Victorian birdcage mingles with a vintage chair redone in Schumacher fabric; romantic upholstered pieces by Oly Studio are neighbors with an industrial cage light chandelier by Tracey Kessler; and vintage maps share space with Frederico Fellini's Book of Dreams.

In addition to the brick and mortar shop, Jak Home has a website, where you can browse chairs, sofas, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
