  • Founded by: Sabrina Bello

When Boston native Sabrina Bello went to work in Sweden in 2010, she immediately fell in love with Scandinavian design. Shortly thereafter Sabrina noticed that many of the designs she loved were not available in the US. Intent to make the best of Scandinavian design available to the US market, Sabrina launched Son & Dotter in September 2012.

One of the hallmarks of Scandinavian design is quality craftsmanship that will last for the long haul. Many designs from the region also take cues from nature. These qualities are part of what attracted Sabrina to the Scandinavian designs.

Now splitting her time between Boston and Malmö, Sweden, Sabrina focuses her attention on discovering young and independent Scandinavian brands that have not been available in the States. This means that Son & Dotter carries items and brands you won't seen elsewhere. For instance, Son & Dotter is the exclusive US retailer for the A2 range of products. All products are imported in limited quantity.
