Sleeping Beauty: Pale Pink Bedrooms

Pale pink might not be the first color you think of when designing an adult bedroom. We think that maybe you should because pale pink can be so dramatic, sexy and certainly romantic. Pink shouldn't just be thought of as girly or childish because it can be really sophisticated and adult.

One look at the Pale Pink Bedroom from Katie Lydon Interiors and you can see how the color can perform in a say that is modern, sleek and chic. The dark wood bed and white bedding works fantastically with the super pale pink wall color. The masculine colors completely counterbalance the femininity of the pink.

More traditionally feminine, the mix of colors, textures and styles in the Romantic Laura Ashley Bedroom are still surprising in the best way possible. Pairing gold and pink certainly isn't a new discovery but it's not done very often of late and we think this is a great reminder of why we should be pairing the two.
