Small Space Music Studio Laced With IKEA Hacks

For those who have need for a music studio of any kind in their home, you're probably aware that the equipment and gear takes up a ridiculous amount of space and usually — isn't very attractive! Well, where there's a will there's a way, check out the well designed set up that makes the most of IKEA parts and a small space!

Most musicians will often say they require an entire room that's just for music. The home office or living areas are somewhere else, mainly because you can't really fit home office-y type stuff in when your walls are cluttered with desks, keyboards, guitars, cords and more!

This hack is a combination of the following pieces along with a few lighting elements that are also from IKEA. Not only is this just a storage unit, but it's properly lit to actually get work done as well. Maker Steve Persson tells us what he used below:

"I bought 2 EXPEDIT shelv units, 3 short LACK wall shelves, 2 inserts with drawers and 2 inserts with a door. Those are the main units and then i started to think about decoration so i grabbed a KVART lamp, a GRUNDTAL spotlight, 2 SUMMERA drawer inserts at IKEA and a few hooks and legs from a local shop."
