You Can Now Shop Mini Art Prints on Society6 and Our Desks Will Never Be The Same

Large and oversized art gets all the love, but let’s not forget about the power of mini art. With the popularity of Instagram has come a surge in 4″x4″ square prints that bring your feed to your walls (like Artifact Uprising’s popular Square Photo Print Set), but mini art doesn’t have to be limited to personal photographs. Anything from framed greeting cards to pressed flowers can be used to liven up even the tiniest of wall space—or, if space isn’t a problem you can have a lot of fun with a gallery of mini art pieces.

That’s why we’re pretty excited that Society6 just launched a collection of mini art prints. Society6’s range of art has always been diverse, with prints available to purchase not just as wall art, but also as shower curtains, pillows, and even clothing. Previously, however, the smallest print size sold was 8″x10″ (not exactly worthy of the “extra small” designation).

The new Mini Print size is a tiny 4″x3″ and comes either framed or unframed—perfect for desks, shelves, or random white space on your walls. If you plan on adding your mini art to your desk or windowsill, you can purchase with a wooden stand so you don’t have to worry about leaning your art against anything. Prices start at $6 for an unframed print, $15 for a print plus wooden stand, and $25 for a framed print (with your choice of four frame options).

Because they’re so small and inexpensive, these mini prints provide a lot of opportunity for creativity. You can choose a bright, colorful statement print that stands on its own, or combine a couple complementary pieces for a small but impactful gallery wall. Another bonus is the temp factor: If you purchase a couple unframed prints, you can mix and match or rotate as you like. Hanging up unframed minis with washi tape looks a bit better than it does with larger pieces, making it as easy as possible to play around with different options.
