Society6 is the marketplace where you can get art from photographers and designers printed on everything from mugs to wall clocks. While the platform started off with prints and t-shirts, they have recently been slaying with unique ways to update your home, expanding into categories like wallpaper, rugs, and bedding. This week, they’ve gone step further and added furniture to the mix.

Society6’s first-ever furniture collection includes six different pieces with a mid-century meets minimal inspiration: a credenza, coffee table, bar stool, counter stool, bench, and side table. All the pieces are made to order in the US, from birch (some pieces have a walnut option), with the choice of black or gold steel legs. Pricing ranges from $159 for the side table to $749 for the credenza in walnut. Each style can be customized with literally thousands of different patterns from artists across the globe.

“We are so excited about our capsule furniture collection and the interesting mix of silhouettes and styles,” says Society6’s SVP and General Manager Andrea Stanford. “We can’t wait to see all the unique designs our independent artist community will create for the pieces.”

And the current selection is just the beginning; Stanford notes that more pieces are in the works: “We plan to grow the line in 2019, but we want to learn from this first introduction before we confirm our extension plans.”
