Having a decent landlord counts for a lot. And while we’re guessing she won’t be popping by to help fix a leaky faucet, the opportunity to have “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara as your landlord is actually available, according to Realtor.com.

The beloved Colombian actress is looking for a new tenant for her 2,701-square-foot Los Angeles condo. All you have to do is plunk down $10,200 in rent per month! The longtime rental property was going for $7,200 a month back in 2015, but considering that significant price hike, it must be quite the hot property. 

Vergara’s three-bed, three-bath condo is located in a full service building in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Fully redone with the finest craftsmanship and finishes, the home features dark hardwood floors throughout that contrast with the white walls and bright open space that’s filled with oversized windows.

The main living area, home to lots of natural light, overlooks the bright lights of the city, while an elegant dining area offers separate spot for meals. The sleek, galley-style kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and stylish marble countertops. In the master bedroom, a massive walk-in closet has extensive storage space and a three-way, full length mirror, perfect for trying out red carpet duds just like Vergara.

That space continues into the luxurious marble bathroom, where an oversize soaking tub and steam shower provide the ultimate private oasis in one’s home.
