Ok, Apartment Therapy guys and gals, any ideas for a sofa or loveseat that can fit through my 28" wide entry way? I have a back room that's my favorite in the house because of the sunlight and fireplace, but I know I will never be able to get my dream sofa into this room because of the narrow opening. I'm looking for ideas for more transitional style seating that is comfortable when you want to relax and read a book or take a nap. Even lounge chairs are too big.
Is there someone that has been through this and found a solution? A comfortable, well-made sofa with removable legs, or one that knocks down to assemble, or a sofa properly scaled on the smaller side? My budget is under $1800. I've included some styles for look and feel but am open to suggestions. Thanks for your ideas!
