If you're looking for ways to have your kids eat nutritious foods, try presenting meals in a more appealing way. Rather than saying "eat your veggies," place sliced vegetables and fruits on a plate sorted by color.
The photo above at Life Made Delicious has inspired this line of thinking. It will instantly be more interesting to kids and hopefully kickstart their appetite for nutritious whole foods.
