Q: My bedroom is separated from the living room by a set of french doors. The glass panes on the doors are textured but mostly transparent, so I need a visual barrier to hide me from view. Additionally, there's a gap at the bottom of the doors and they don't block sound very well.

I just moved across the country and don't have a lot of things, so placing a bookshelf or display shelf here wouldn't make sense as it would sit mostly empty. I hate to have to completely block these beautiful french doors — any ideas on how to create a visual and sound barrier that would still look nice from the other side of the windows?
