It's that time of year when humidifiers seem to be needed the most. Unfortunately for those of us that always have product design in mind, shopping for humidifiers can be somewhat of a nightmare. Not only does it make a lot of noise throughout the night, it might as well be a giant elephant in the room as well.
Fred, the humidifier recently released from Stadler Form has come to save the day. The humidifier comes in six different colors and looks as though it has fallen out of the sky (in a good way, of course). It holds up to 3.7 liters at a time and has two power settings: Blue=High and Green=Economy. The max output for Fred is 300 w, 230 g/h, and economy 200 w, 240 g/h. Not bad for a humidifier.
When the display light turns off on Fred, that means the water has emptied and needs to be refilled. Also, the hygrostat is used to set the humidity. The setting range starts at 20 and ends at 90% relative humidity &mdash giving the user a lot of room in between.
The Stadler Form Fred can be purchased from Quest to Design for $163.
