Things we love about this property crush:

This property—located in an idyllic town of Torekov, Sweden—is just a hop, skip, and a jump to the seaside. It’s here that locals start their summer days with a morning swim in the brisk waters. And you too, could be one of the bathrobe-clad, primed for a dip.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is quaint and charming on the outside with a thoroughly modern interior. The theme here is open and airy with a large living space and equally big kitchen (not always easy to find on this side of the pond). The clean, white design and handsome hardwood flooring (with radiant floor heating) feels so Scandinavian. There’s a basement, and even better, an upstairs—with ocean views from the rooftop. A private courtyard with the prettiest patch of grass offers the possibly for a guest home or really great parties.
