How to Make a Homemade Floor Cleaner

There are a lot of perks to making your own cleaners at home, and saving money is one of them. If you want to clean and protect your hardwood floors, it’s important to choose the right ingredients. 

10 drops essential oil (optional)

4 cups warm water

1 tsp pure castile soap

You’ll need:

Combine water, castile soap, and, if you are using, 10 drops of essential oil.

Pour the mixture using a funnel into a spray bottle, or the bottle for your mop. Shake to mix.

Spray the cleaner on your floors after sweeping to remove dirt or dust first. Use a microfiber mop to get the best clean.
