More cork! This incredibly thick cork countertop is made by Suberra from 100% post-industrial recycled cork from the wine industry and compressed with a polyurethane binder. We still think of cork as light and porous for some reason, but this countertop proves us wrong.
Suberra cork surfaces are resistant to water and heat, naturally anti-microbial, and have no added formaldehyde. In a microbe lab test, Suberra cork received the highest (superior) rating for resistance to contamination by E.coli, salmonella and listeria.
Suberra cork can also be used for desk and tabletop surface applications.
