If you’re anything like me, you live for finding unique but affordable decor items for your home. That’s why discovering unexpected (but reasonably priced) places that also sell stylish home furnishings can be such a game changer for your apartment—and budget.

We rounded up some fashionable stores that aren’t design-focused, but still offer some surprisingly chic home decorative accents. From Forever 21 to American Eagle, read ahead for seven places you probably didn’t know you could buy home decor.

Searching for some elevated decorative accents that won’t cost you an arm and a leg? Beloved Spanish fashion brand Zara now offers Zara Home, so you can stock up on all kinds of chic home essentials—think: bath towels, bedspreads, and rugs—without blowing your entire paycheck.

Turns out Zara isn’t the only international fast fashion brand to dabble in the world of decor. Swedish mega-store H&M launched H&M Home to the delight of budget-restricted Scandinavian design lovers across the globe, complete with bedding, throw, pillows, kitchenware, and more.

3. ASOS

There’s a lot of reasons to love London-based retailer ASOS. Along with a neverending assortment of trendy, affordable clothing, their Living + Gift section is overflowing with fun home accessories, ranging from cat-shaped dishware to gold-printed bedding.

If you aren’t already hip to vintage-inspired brand ModCloth, then now’s the time to smarten up. On top of loads of retro-style dresses and tees, the online retailer also offers some incredibly awesome home goods, including Frida Kahlo-clad curtains and hanging flower vases.

Adored for its youthful attire and super low prices, Forever 21 has long been the go-to spot for clothes shopping on a budget. But now thanks to their home decor section, you can now score cheap and fun decorative items, such as faux fur blankets and string lights.

Who knew your favorite store at the mall to stock up on undies also sells affordable home products too? American Eagle (a.k.a. AE.com) is brimming with college-friendly decor items including tapestries, comforter sets, and pom-pom strands, so you can dress up your dorm or first apartment with quality-made items even if you’re on a tight budget.

If you thought popular online gift shop Uncommon Goods was only good for finding funny birthday presents then think again. The quirky store also offers an impressive selection of idiosyncratic decor items in their home and garden section, such as llama-shaped doorstops, wall-mounted guitar racks, and floating toilet paper holders for your bathroom.
