When luxury and sustainability intersect with remote vacation escapes, the combination can produce stellar results—like the Hoh Rainforest Cabin Caravans, an off-the-grid assembly of stylish rental campers situated just off Washington’s Olympic Coast.

The Pacific Northwest lodging rests comfortably in a forested area that offers plenty of privacy and peace. Campers can accommodate either three or four people; kids aged 2-12 are also welcome. Each cabin comes with a queen-size bed, plus a bunk for children and extra guests. In total, the property includes three campers that can accommodate up to 10 guests.

While the rental functions fully off-the-grid, it’s equipped with a solar power system that provides lighting and allows for charging electronic devices. There’s also a shower and a self-contained composting toilet, along with access to hot water, kitchen supplies, refrigerated storage and a stovetop.

The grounds also have a communal area, and guests are encouraged to bring wood to enjoy nightly campfires under the stars. A private beach is also nearby. No pets or smoking are allowed, and there are designated “quiet hours” between 10:30 pm and 7:30 am.

Overall, the rainforest cabins are perfect for guests who need a comfortable escape while maintaining an eco-conscious outlook. “Glampers seeking experiences that allow them to step into nature in the most responsible and reverential way possible will love the thoughtful amenities that allow them to leave no trace in this unique, remote location,” the site notes.

The Hoh Rainforest Cabin Caravans are one of several nature-themed retreats listed on Glamping Hub online directory, which includes a ton of vacation spots geared towards the outdoorsy types such as tipis, domes, treehouses and more.  Campers start at $284.30 per night.
