Target Just Announced an Upcoming Collab with Vineyard Vines
If you’ve been waiting for the next big brand collab from Target, well, we have great news. The Minneapolis-based retailer announced today that it’s partnering with vineyard vines for an exclusive collection that will launch this spring.
Details are slim at the moment, but what we do know is that the collection will launch online and in stores on May 18, 2019, just in time for summer fun. On A Bullseye View, Target’s corporate blog, the company revealed that the collection will include over 300 items ranging in price from $2 to $120, with most of them under $35.
What will be included? Vineyard vines is known for its whale-adorned preppy apparel, so we can expect clothing, accessories, and swimwear for women, men, and kids, as well as home and outdoor goods and pet items—things that are new for the New England-based brand.
“We are excited to collaborate with Target, a brand that shares many of our same values including fun, optimism and innovation,” says Shep Murray, CEO and co-founder of vineyard vines, in a press release. “We look forward to testing out new product categories and ultimately spreading our message of ‘Every day should feel this good’ in a new and fun way.”
As with other brand collabs in the past—such as Hunter, Lilly Pulitzer, and Marimekko—there’s a high possibility of certain items selling out quickly. Similarly, past collections have had some items that were store exclusive and exclusive for Target REDcard members, so it’s likely the vineyard vines drop might, as well.
We’ll keep you updated as we hear more about this upcoming collab.
