Green was the color at this year's Maison & Object and the Home & Housewares Show, but at the smaller Architectural Digest show in New York, we saw warmer tones dominating — oranges, reds, and the Pantone color of 2011, Honeysuckle.

Claudia Mills: Based in Philadelphia, she hand-weaves rag rugs on a traditional loom. The geometric designs on view in her booth were saturated in deep reds, pinks, and oranges. Pricing starts at $65 per square foot for a custom design.

D. Bryant Archie: A New York designer with a love for classic stripes and checks, Bryant sells baby alpaca blankets that are hand woven in Peru, as well as pillows made from Belgian linen and one-off or limited edition fabrics from around the world. Shop her collection online.

Grange: This French company showcased a velvet-upholstered armchair in a Honeysuckle-ish hot pink, with an orange throw tossed across the back.

Diane von Furstenberg: Never afraid of color, Diane von Furstenberg incorporates hot pinks, lipstick reds, and saturated oranges into her new home collection, available through Bloomingdale's.

Wolfhome: Based out of New York, Wolfhome is a high-end fabric store. Their booth was lined in bolts of fushcia, orange, and hot pink fabrics.
