These stills from That Girl's pilot episode tell so much about Ann Marie's independence, interest in DIY, decor and style, and creating an apartment/home from scratch in 1960s New York City. We found these clips and some commentary on Mark Challen's blog for Intel, and felt the 1960s sentiment of his 2006 post was perfect inspiration for AT:DIY month in '09. Does anyone out there actually remember seeing the pilot episode?

When asked by the doorman/porter if she would like assistance with unpacking, she replies, cheerily: "Well, there are about 4,000 things to do around here. But I'd like to do them all myself!"
