We don't have an iPad yet, but we do have an iPhone so we certainly understand the annoying and inevitable smudges, smears and hand prints that come with owning an Apple product. Maybe if we could eliminate at least one of those annoyances we'd be a little happier.
Johan Basberg has an iPad and got pretty fed up with the constant hand prints that were left on the screen after each use, oh and that annoying "alse input" error message as well. So, he got proactive and designed a product to reduce that, called The Artists Pad.
It's so simple and unfortunately for Johan, a lot of people will probably just make their own at home instead of purchasing his (when/if it becomes available). The Artists Pad is 100% cotton (the inside made of wool and polyester) and is machine washable. It's design is versatile to accomodate left and right handers with a super easy to grip hold.
To use, grab the fold with your little finger and the pad will automatically fold itself around your hand. Start using your iPad with no errors or smudges. Johan explains that the Pad will be made in two sizes and certainly many colors. He's waiting for enough interest in the product before he starts mass producing them. If you're interested, let him know.
