The Birdy by Elizabeth Paige Smith

On this first day of August, we have entered a wonderfully themeless month, one that is open-ended and decidedly not about pets. As one last nod to pet designs for a while, bbt, winner of the My Design’s Dreamy contest, found this “Birdy.” bbt got some great conversation going with her cardboard kittybox design, and she just discovered another design along the same lines. Here’s what she had to say:

I just found that Elizabeth Paige Smith, designer of the Kittypod, also has a “Birdy” wall art piece [or a clawing toy] that’s more affordable at only $85. Not bad considering if I had had to pay for my cardboard for our Kittybox it would have cost me an additional $65.

What do you cat people think??

(Thanks, bbt!)
