The Design of Capital Kitchen of Melbourne

It isn't often that we find a space in the middle of a shopping center that feels like our dream home. Capital Kitchen at our local Chadstone Shopping Center is not only a much nicer option than the food court but it also has a great vibe. Tolix chairs and stools, exposed brick-work, open shelving, huge pendant lighting and all combined with food- it's a dream come true!

This cafe manages to rely on just a handful of simple elements in repetition to create a warm, inviting space that feels relaxed but innovative. All too often modern design can feel cold or clinical, but this interior has managed to pull together familiar textures in a contemporary setting and all in a way that can easily translate into a modern home. Beautiful, friendly and with a great menu, we can assure you we will be visiting Capital Kitchen as often as possible.
