Day 22: Thursday, January 30
Assignment: Make a list and pick up the supplies for your get-together this weekend

You are headed toward the assignment finish line. After a month's worth of intense work on your home, its finally time to start thinking about what you want to have on hand (food, drinks, treats, flowers!) for relaxing with your friends and family at your end-of-cure get together. And, for those of you who decided to forego an official gathering, I hope you'll consider picking up something a little extra tasty (maybe involving chocolate?) as a treat for yourself.

Today's Assignment:

Make a quick list of what you need on hand for your gathering and hit the store. Even when you entertain often, this is the moment when you can feel a little stress over the upcoming event. The best way to battle any kind of jitters is to be prepared.

Envision your guests arriving, what you'll serve them at each point in the gathering and add the necessary ingredients to the list. Make sure you have enough of a few can't-miss staples on hand (like: bubbly water, wine, nuts, cheese, chocolate, cookies, good tea or coffee) and you'll be in good shape, no matter what. Top off with fresh flowers and you're ready!

And, just for fun, please let us know in the comments below what type of gathering you are planning - cocktails, brunch, potluck, game night? Will you host one close friend, throw a big bash, or maybe simply enjoy a celebratory meal solo...?
