Pure Sensia Radio Features WiFi and a Touchscreen

Remember when radios used to just tune in to your favorite station and play music? Well now that traditional FM radio has so many musical competitors for our sonic attention—Pandora, Satellite radio and, our very own uninterrupted station, our iPods—we've come to expect more from a 'home radio.'

Pure sure is taking their self-proclaimed passion for radio and making it relevant in the 21st century. Their newest model, which should be released in the UK in October, is packed with features and dubbed "for the Facebook generation."

The PURE Sensia features a UK-standard DAB/DAB+ digital radio, but opens up a world of extras adding WiFi connectivity. That means Pandora is as easy to access as the local morning show. Plus, you can check Twitter and Facebook—all on your radio!

The easy-to-navigate user interface plays out on a 5.7-inch color touchscreen. We love that now you can add an internet radio station (even one you create on Pandora) to your 'favorites' right next to the local station.

Check out TouchMyRadio.com for more info about the Sensia, plus lots of interactive goodies.
