Living on a budget is hard enough, living on a budget and in a small space — even harder. Budget restrictions and small spaces force us to get resourceful and creative. You can still be just as productive in a small space!

First and foremost, we love Theresa's pink filing cabinet and school desk! They are prime examples of not skimping on style because you don't have a ton of square footage. Theresa realized that she's only using a laptop, so there's really no need for an oversized desk, no reason at all! With the addition of the pink filing cabinet, she has plenty of room for both her computer and printer. We also really love that she added a cute little rug under the desk!

Positioning the desk in the perfect small corner works extremely well, especially because of the large window right next to it. The window seat makes the window look larger, and the large window makes the desk area look larger! The office corner doesn't look cramped or forced!

We also really love the snarky artwork she has above her desk!
