My kids recently celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday at school, as most kids seem to do every year. In honor of His Rhymefulness, I thought I'd round up some of the most elaborate Dr. Seuss rooms I've seen. Dr. Seuss was so prolific that there are many different themes to choose from, perfect for a boy or a girl.

1. In Natasha's Room, talented dad Aaron sculpted this helping hand to hold the reading light for bedtime stories, and added lots of other Seussical details. (HGTV)

2. Callum's room is done in primary colors and has a fantastic reading nook with a giant Cat in the Hat on the wall. (Bombshell Bling)

3. Saber's Dr. Seuss Room has a more muted palette and a stunningly detailed mural. (It's the Smiths)

4. Ireland's room cleverly uses shower curtains on the windows and provides a cheery space for this little girl. (Everyday Laine)

5. This Sweet Dr. Seuss Nursery uses pastels and the iconic Oh, the Places You'll Go imagery. I love the One Fish, Two Fish dresser. (Design Dazzle)

6. Noah's Room has been created twice! This family decided to recreate their elaborate Dr. Seuss room, even after they moved. (Noah's Room)

7. Lex's Dr. Seuss Nursery has a tree mural, but instead of actual measurements, it shows the relative size of Dr. Seuss characters. (The Carson Family Journey)

8. Enzo's dad painted the Seussian murals in his son's room featuring The Cat in the Hat and Oh, the Places You'll Go. (Apartment Therapy)

9. Another dad-painted nursery (in the works) starring Seuss characters. (Apartment Therapy)
