One Chinese man took his renovations to a new level. Zhang Biqing, a doctor and acupuncture clinic owner, built an artificial mountain on top of the 26-story Beijing apartment building. The mountain took six years to construct, but the government wants Zhang to take it down due to neighbor complaints.
