Tile can make or break your kitchen or bath renovation—and your budget. If you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive way to add some sparkle to your space, look no further than this new trend.

We’re no strangers to colored subway tile or colored grout, but the latest tile trend has some serious shimmer.

Glitter grout.

This look is currently going viral on Facebook, with nearly 700,000 shares. It’s pretty simple to get—just mix a glitter additive to your grout—but packs a lot of style punch.

While up close it can look a bit bold, with a longer view the specialty grout really just adds an interesting shimmery ground for your tiles, such as seen in this bathroom designed by Lisa Melvin:

Want to get the look? Glitter Grout is a UK-based company that offers glitter additive (100 grams of silver or gold for $8), premixed (1 liter in five colors with silver glitter for $23), or in two-kilo bags (ten colors for $34).

Unfortunately, international shipping is $24, so for Stateside glitter lovers, Stainmaster makes a glitter mix-in in gold, silver and galaxy, starting at $14.
