Looking for a change of scenery? There’s a custom-built tiny house that has all the features you might be looking for in a new tiny house—including it’s very own laundry area and chute.

Häuslein Little Sojourner Tiny House is a compact, portable home made by Australian company Häuslein. The exterior is true tiny love home at first sight—a mix of matte gray steel siding and western red cedar. For travelers, the whole thing can be towed by most 4WD vehicles.

Inside, the 215-square-foot wheeled abode is fully decked out. The main floor has Cyprus pine floors to support a full-size couch and fridge. Speaking of the kitchen, its sink and stove are both compact, with a nearby window to gaze out at whatever wild landscape happens to be the backyard.

On the same level is the laundry-meets-bathroom-meets-clothing storage area (talk about a triple threat). Everything is built to fit, including the tiny bathroom sink decked out in epoxy-covered wood. However, the toilet is regular sized, with the option for compostable or flush disposal.

Upstairs is the spacious and carpeted sleeping loft. It boasts plenty of head room—so no crouching or crawling required—plus it has space for a queen bed. A major bonus is the abundant amount of natural light streaming in from windows on both sides. Last but not least is the laundry chute. There’s a handy slide to fast-track dirty clothes to the laundry area below built into the floor.

This tiny home can be all yours for $89,900. If you want the appliances and furniture, add on an additional $7,000. See more information on the builder’s website here.
