It sure seemed like a lot of celebs were on the move this year—buying, selling and renting out luxurious pads around the globe, providing us a nice glimpse into how the glitziest of folks live. From former homes to fresh on the market, and superstars to starchitects, here are your favorite celebrity listings of 2017.

8. Meghan Markle's Pre-Palace Pad

The crazy Toronto real estate market got a little crazier when the former rental of Duchess-to-be Meghan Markle hit the town. The three bedroom, two bathroom home is cute on its own, but looks a little better with its new Royal Family connection.

7. Barack Obama's Former Apartment

One of two gorgeous Park Slope townhouses that grace this list, this time one with a presidential connection. While it is a single-family home now, about 30 years ago, the building was split into apartments, one of which was rented by a young Barack Obama.

Exceedingly charming couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinki's exceedingly charming Park Slope townhouse went up for sale this year. Built in 1909, it had a ton of historic charm, but the family sold it in order to live a more nomadic life.

4. Meryl Streep Lived Here Once

In January, a beaut of a West Village townhouse hit the market for $28.5 million dollars. Aside from the enviable location and absurdly luxurious bathroom, this home once had the honor of being the roof over Meryl Streep's head.

2. Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Rumored Real Estate Move

We reported in August that Bey and Jay had verbally agreed to buy one of the most expensive homes in the country. The 8 bedroom, 11 bathroom home has plenty of room for the recently expanded family.

1. An Untouched Frank Lloyd Wright House

While not a celebrity in the People magazine sense, Frank Lloyd Wright will always be a major star around these parts, and it looked like y'all agreed. This largely untouched Frank Lloyd Wright stunner was the top celeb post of the year. A Minnesotan couple hired the architect to design their home in the late 1950s and recently put the house on the market in the spring of this year. The home includes Wright designed fixtures and furnishings and even the rare FLW furnished basement.
