Topsy Turvy's Planter Brigade

Last year we were somewhat entranced by these upside-down planters; we tried making our own with supplies we already have, but our tomatoes did not fare so well. From what we've seen, though, these contraptions are a great option for small balconies that get plenty of sun. And guess what? They've expanded the line.

We love the idea of an extraordinarily fruitful hanging planter to make the most out of a small space. And now that there are more versions (peppers, herb/tomato combo, strawberries, and even a hummingbird hangout!), we're wondering what the general feel for these is.

What do you think? Do you have a Topsy Turvy planter? Do you think they're worth it, or maybe just an eyesore?
