Like London's wired trashcans, New York has had some digitally-upgraded urban infrastructure. City24x7 is expanding beyond their pilot program, adding touch screens to more phone booths around the Big Apple. The info hubs are wi-fi hotspots, and also provide transit apps, news, and restaurant reviews, as well as coupons and advertising, based on the immediate vicinity. The company also plans to start pilots in other cities.

In other news, two fans build the Batcave out of Legos, and Horchow sells The Good Wife style. See the headlines after the jump.
