These Trader Joe’s Cat Planters Are Purrfect for Halloween

Trader Joe’s has rolled out some spooktacular Halloween planters in the past few weeks, Their latest releases — a pair of cute little cat planters — are part of the Trader Joe’s Halloween rollout (they’ve been dubbed “Kitty Boos”), but they’re adorable enough to stay out year-round.

The cat planters hit TJ’s shelves last week and come in both black and white.

Shoppers have been spotting the Kitty Boo planters at stores nationwide, with one TJ’s customer who goes by @cookseyfarms on Instagram, writing, “TJ’s always has the cutest and best plants and they get me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME … A lot of the time the plants are simple, but the planter they come in, is what sells me. Cats are my weakness.”

As is true for most of the mini planters Trader Joe’s releases, an assortment of different plants come in the cat planters, like peperomia, rubber plants, ivy, and palms. Most of these varieties are great starter plants for new plant parents, as most are easy to grow and maintain.

The Kitty Boo planters are selling for $4.99 each, which means you can grab one for yourself, one for a friend, and uh, another one for yourself. 

You’ve gotta grab one of each color, right?
