We've always thought the iPad would be an excellent way to present your portfolio because it was so versatile. The big, bright screen (soon to improve based on speculation that the Retina Display will carry over to the iPad) will showcase your work in the best way possible. Thankfully there are two great apps that will help you put together a highly professional portfolio that is sure to give you a leg up in the job market.

Minimal Folio

Minimal Folio allows you to drag and drop your photos and videos into a simple grid for easy organization and browsing. The non-linear format allows you to jump around from point to point as the conversation evolves naturally rather than force your way through a linear presentation of your work. Minimal Folio also handles video quite beautifully in its sleek interface.

Portfolio for iPad

This highly customizable app allows you to develop your own interface (with little effort) that best suits your work. The drag and drop interface is easy and quick to use. Another great feature is the ability to sync with Dropbox so you don't have to tether your iPad to your computer in order to transfer images.
