Ultra Lead Travel Plugs: Portable Power Gets Modular

Catering to the LEGO builders in all of us, Georges Moanack - a recent grad from the Royal College of Art - has designed Ultra Lead - has created an electrical management system that allows electrical devices from around the world to be used without ever having to change their power plugs. Sure, knock it a mere "travel plug kit," but we're hard pressed to find something as playful, modular, and universally catered as this portable power solution. Concept details, below the jump.

Each module can be bought separately and comes British, European, American and USB standards. Simply connect, plug in the main wall plug, and you've got power streaming to whichever adapter you've got lined up in your collection.

While being considered as a concept for the time being, we imagine it can't be too long until each of us gets our Ultra Lead travel bricks together for some connectin' travel fun. Let's just hope we get a release date with some reasonable prices soon.
