Home stereo systems can be a tricky thing to hide if you're not big on having obtrusive tech out in the open. Being able to successfully mask such large pieces of equipment has a lot to do with luck and everything to do with furniture selection.

We say it has a lot to do with luck because if you're Jess and George, you were lucky enough to have built-ins that perfectly house their stereo system. Stereo systems are typically located in common areas because it needs to be easily accessed. You need the ability to turn it on and off as you please, as well as change up the music.

The built-ins are located in the hallway directly under the stairs. It's an extremely common area that the couple walk past multiple times a day. There's also several additional compartments that can be used to store keys, keep an iPod for easy access or whatever else you need when coming in and out of the house.

Another feature of their home that we were attracted to was their work desk. It may not be the most clutter free desk we've come across on Unplggd, but, that's what makes it unique and interesting. The fact that there's a lot going on, but it's still organized and inspiring is amazing. We'd love to sit down and get to work there!
