Use Old Cereal Boxes To Create Colorful Scrap Notebooks

In one corner of my kitchen we always have some reused paper stacked up as makeshift notebooks. While I love my little recycled corner for note making, I think this project can make it look a lot more colorful and organized. Check out this tutorial for colorful notebook covers from old cereal boxes after the jump.

Spotted over at Infarrantly Creative, this tutorial is simple and quick using repurposed materials.

To begin you'll need:

  • cereal boxes or other cardboard
  • Matte Mod podge
  • Wide thin paintbrush
  • 2 large binder clips
  • 2 paint stir sticks
  • Exacto Knife & ruler or Paper cutter
  • Paper

Since we tend to accumulate single side printed materials that is the paper I would use.

In 5 easy steps outlined in the tutorial over at Infarrantly Creative you can turn your old paper and cereal boxes into cute notebooks that you're not embarrassed to stack in the corner of your kitchen!
