Viva Terra

We've blogged about their Recycled Flip Flop products before here at Ohdeedoh, and we've checked out their Hinoki Wood Bath Mat over at AT: NY, but we think it's worth mentioning Viva Terra again.

It's bedroom month and we found some soothing, eco-friendly items that might be just the thing for a child or baby bedroom.

For example, we love the look of Japanese Noren as soft entrances to rooms or hung on walls. This cherry blossom noren made of linen would make a lovely, natural addition to a doorway or window. If you're baby's room is currently sharing another space, this might also be a nice divider.

See below the jump for a few more of our favorite picks from their latest catalog.

We also like these twig letters that form the word "Dream." They're so natural and delicate looking. You can also create custom words.

This little guy just looks huggable. He's hand-spun and hand-knitted by women in Kenya, and dyed with plants grown in their gardens.

Or add a touch of nature to an older child's room with Magical Plant Garden of four orchids in a bowl with stones. Or go for the Living Ecosphere with it's tiny shrimp and other organisms which is sure to entertain.

Viva Terra's a great place for eco-products throughout the home, or add one of the calming touches above to a baby or child's room.
