The warm industrial look is all about balancing metal pieces with warm woods and soft accents. If the furniture is sleek and polished, make sure there's some patina in the decor somewhere, to add some vintage industrial character, and if you go with a lot of grit and metal, be sure to temper it with warmer accents.
