Do you love Wayfair’s prices but you’re not crazy about purchasing furniture online? It can be a bit of a risk. You never know if it’s going to actually look as pretty as it does in the picture. Not only that, you run the risk of getting pieces of furniture that require a lot of work to put together. We’ve all ordered a coffee table before that looked simple enough to assemble, only to need two friends to come over and help us out after the fact.

If you’re wary of online shopping, fear not, Wayfair has finally opened their first permanent brick-and-mortar store. Which hopefully means we can expect to see Wayfair warehouse stores all over the country eventually! Though there are no official plans as of yet, we can all wish. Watch out IKEA, you might be in trouble with this move.

Now, Wayfair’s store is actually an outlet store, so it will be functioning differently than the website. According to Better Homes & Gardens, this outlet store will be selling items that were purchased online from Wayfair.com and returned, but are still in good condition. Shoppers will be able to find furniture, home decor, housewares, and more at even lower prices than Wayfair’s website offers. On top of that, the warehouse will also offer new products at a discounted rate. Everything must be purchased in-store and picked up in person, so don’t think you can buy a couch there and have Wayfair ship it home for you. If you do plan to travel to Kentucky to visit this store, you might want to rent a U-Haul.

If you’ve already grabbed your keys and got ready to head to the car, you’re going to want to hold on. Wayfair’s outlet store is located 5101 Renegade Way in Florence, Kentucky in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse. Opening day was yesterday, February 15, 2019, though according to Furniture Times, the store had been operating on a limited schedule since the end of 2018. For the official opening weekend, Wayfair is offering 20% off the already-reduced prices. To start out, the store will operate every Friday and Saturday between 10 A.M. and 6 P.M. and from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. on Sundays and will be closed Monday through Thursday.

Now, if you’re like us and you don’t live anywhere near Kentucky, sadly, you’ll have to stick to online shopping. But with Wayfair’s prices, can you really complain all that much? For President’s Day weekend, Wayfair is having a blow out sale of up to 75% off furniture, mattresses, outdoor, and more. You can get a 10″ memory foam mattress with 4.5 stars and over 5,700 reviews for as little as $153 during the sale.
