From the random to the unnecessary to the just plain confusing, these are the weirdest deals we came across this Prime Day.
For everyone who’s ever looked at their wall and thought “hmm it would look better with a hammer.”
So you catfished your Tinder date into thinking you were a tattoo person and now they want to meet in person? Fear not, Amazon’s got you.
3. Women’s Hoodie Pet Holder, $25.59
Who doesn’t love a good sweatshirt? Especially one with a pocket your pet will absolutely refuse to sit in. Oh well, there’s always stuffed animals.
4. Friends TV Series Table Calendar 2018, $10.39
Okay, I know Friends is beloved, and I even binge a few episodes from time to time. But buying a Friends calendar in 2018—not to mention halfway through the year—just doesn’t feel super timely.
5. Exploding Kittens Card Game, $13.99
Honestly this may the weirdest game name I’ve ever seen, but after reading the description I think I need to buy it? “Exploding kittens is a card game for people who are into kittens and explosions and laser beams and sometimes goats.” How could you not be intrigued. There’s even an expansion pack and NSFW version.
6. Sassy Aluminum Sign, $11.95
I don’t know, I suppose this sign could come in handy at some point, but it feels like sassy signs are quickly becoming a thing of the past. To each their own, though.
This. Is. Just. Too. Much. Gum. My jaw hurts just thinking about it.
8. Purell Touch Free Hand Sanitizer Dispenser, $9.99 + 20% Off
This just feels like a deeply random thing to buy from Amazon, but it’s marked down from almost $40 with an additional 20 percent discount AND I constantly think I’m getting sick, so I’m about two minutes away from adding to my own cart.
