Cool turquoise and rich teal tones are dotted throughout the over 2.700 square foot home. Bold patterns of geometric shapes on the home’s wallpapers and in its art provide a modern take on a vintage, mid-century vibe. Gold metallic accents bring a luxe finish to each space throughout the home.

The house surrounds a sprawling outdoor area complete with a swimming pool that includes a tanning shelf, and also a full bar and two fire features, as well as outdoor dining and conversation areas. Here, you can work on your tan and while also taking in the property’s breathtaking mountain views. Also, for your viewing pleasure there are colorful murals by local Palm Springs artists Shawn Savage and Robert Landry sprinkled throughout the house’s outdoor areas (including its outdoor showers).
