We’ve Collaborated on a Colorful New Mix-and-Match Bedding Line — and We’re Thrilled to Finally Share It with You
We like to think about bedding like we think about putting together an outfit. Sometimes, we want to make the big statement of a monochromatic look. Other times, we want to mix and match complementary colors to create something with depth and layers of visual interest. And this was exactly what we were thinking for our new collaboration with the bedding company Cammie!
Cammie makes super-soft bedding from 100-percent organic cotton with a 400–thread count percale weave. Its manufacturing is fully integrated so it’s sustainable down to each individual sewing thread (made from recycled polyester). It’s the kind of stuff you really want to sleep in.
But the part that made us most excited is Cammie’s attention to design. Their bedding comes in more than 40 colors, which you can mix and match to create one-of-a-kind bedding bundles that speak to your style. We repeat: mix-and-match choices!
Cammie’s existing core collection is subtle but never boring, with light, mid, and deep neutral hues. We’re excited to announce that our very own founder and CEO Maxwell Ryan collaborated with the bedding company on the new Apartment Therapy Collection!
The collection complements Cammie’s classic palette with four floral-inspired shams and duvet covers that bring in a pop (or pops!) of rich color. “The Apartment Therapy palette adds a burst of strong, saturated colors — both warm and cool — that give the greatest possible juxtaposition against the more neutral, core Cammie collection,” Maxwell says.
Want more inspiration? Maxwell designed four different bedding ensembles around the new Apartment Therapy palette. Each combines pops of color and complementary neutrals for a stunning overall effect. And now, we are so excited to share them!
Yellow Jasmine is energetic without being too bright for the bedroom. Its earthy undertones make it a great match for Ballerina Slippers, a light mauve, and Rose Ash, a deeper expression of a similar hue.
Peony Red is a rich and dramatic shade inspired by 19th-century upholstered antiques. Two coffee-colored neutrals — creamy Mocha and rich Espresso — anchor the extravagance and give the bed depth.
With its supple brightness, Delphinium Blue evokes the romance of the English countryside. Pairing it with cooler blue tones, like Polar Sky and Water’s Edge, calls to mind the many shades found in a choppy sea.
For Fair Orchid, a subtle purple, Maxwell took inspiration from the beaches of Costa Rica. Soft shades of whites add to the “sleeping in at a coastal resort” aesthetic: True White, Mother of Pearl, and French Clay.
